Boeheringer Ingelheim overtakes Novartis as best veterinary supplier

In an economy where every single sale is important, making sure that there are no reasons for clients to leave (or even consider leaving) you is crucial. Vets do this by delivering great service at each consultation or by engaging clients through the receptionists' high quality of service.  But how do vets suppliers deliver great service to vets?
